Can I change plans anytime?
Yes — upgrade, downgrade, or add properties at any time. Changes are prorated to your current billing cycle, so you never pay twice for the same days.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Every plan includes self-serve onboarding at no extra cost. Portfolio customers get a dedicated onboarding session included in their custom quote.
Do you offer an annual discount?
Yes — pay annually and save 20% compared to monthly billing on Starter and Professional plans. Toggle the switch above to see annual pricing.
What happens if I go over my AI message allowance?
Additional AI-handled guest messages are billed at a small per-message rate beyond your plan's included allowance — you'll get a notification before any overage charges apply, and you can upgrade a tier anytime to raise your allowance.
Do you charge per listing or per physical property?
Per physical property. If you list the same property across Airbnb, Vrbo, and Booking.com, that's still one property on your STR Sync Suite bill.
